What happens next

  2. We ask about the timeline and the space

    Usually before we talk about food. The shape of the day and the room you are in decide the menu more than the other way round.

  3. We visit the venue

    Power, water, access, load-in and where a kitchen can stand. Still choosing a venue? We will tell you which ones work for the service you want.

  4. You get it costed

    Menu options, a service plan and itemised pricing — line by line, with nothing added later.
